Pampering Recordings

Why pampering? They are lovingly created so that you can take care of your psyche, which is then linked to your physical health. How does it work?

Even Western medicine recognizes that many (if not all) physical ailments are the result of prolonged tension (stress) created by suppressing emotions. In our culture, we have many different conventions and rules, written and unwritten, and if we don't follow, we are more or less obviously judged (and condemned) by those around us - and no one is comfortable with that, so we often act contrary to our beliefs, feelings and instincts.

Another factor is our mind (ego), which often creates an image of ourselves as inadequate, inferior in some ways - we naturally don't like this image of ourselves, so we try to compensate with more effort, responsibility and other demands we place on ourselves. But in doing so, we are doing something different than we really want to do, and we are moving away from our essence. This then manifests itself both in the psyche - feelings of irritation, dislike and exhaustion - and in the body - fatigue, pain and even illness.

Unfortunately, many people find it difficult to stop for a moment and calm down enough to become aware of their emotions and their origin, and even harder to release those emotions and then let go of them.
That's why I come with my suggestion: find a moment of quiet, get comfortable, or put on headphones so you don't miss any of the vibrations that are happening, and listen to a recording that speaks to you at the moment. Try to really focus on the music and what it evokes in you, don't let your mind invent, judge and evaluate. Be aware of the vibrations of the bowls and voice and let them flow freely through your body from head to toe. If you get the urge to put a particular situation into the listening, experience it and the emotions and let them subside, do it. Some recordings encourage you to do that. But it's not as essential as quieting the mind and surrendering to the nurturing vibrations.

Thank You   Maybe you have some reason to be grateful (whether to someone else, to yourself, to life...) and you'd like to enjoy that feeling of gratitude. If you want, dive into giving thanks with me...

P.S. Do you feel like there is nothing in your life right now that you feel like giving thanks for? Come on, try to think of all the things you have and might not have... And with gratitude, we attract good things into our lives. Also, scientists have found that gratitude improves health, increases happiness, prevents depressive states and improves sleep! ☺︎

If you are the visual type and would like to listen to Thank You as a video with pictures, you'll find it here.

Dear listeners, since I have had reports from you that you would like longer recordings, maybe 15-20 minutes, I have decided to oblige you. I am starting with this very thanksgiving recording, extending it to 15 minutes to create a foundation for your meditation. In the middle - the longest, meditative - part, I chant with Heola chimes (short sample here), and in the third part the Tibetan bowls take over again.  THIS WAY TO THE 15-MINUTE RECORDING.

If you would like to hear this recording with the visual support of the mandalas, you can find it at the Youtube channel Duše zpívá (The Soul Sings).

Quieting    Would you like someone to sing you a bedtime lullaby? Or are you upset and would like to calm down and quieten down? This recording is for you.

Here and Now  This recording was not originally made as a pampering one, it is an Mp3 from a video that was recorded when I first tried out the acoustics of the church in Roudna, Pilsen. Since I've already received several messages about how this particular music makes you feel good, I've added it here as well.
And why now and here? That's exactly how I felt while singing in the church, completely immersed in the present moment in a place with beautiful acoustics. May it help you too to let go of thoughts of the past and the future, and "just BE".

Strengthening    For all those who are worried about themselves or their loved ones. I thought such a recording was timely at the moment. If we acknowledge that fear is a certain program of our mind, we can turn off that program. That is what this recording is for. Something told me to use aliquots in my singing this time, and so I did.

No a co?
